Shipping

Canada: Complimentary ground shipping and returns on all orders.

United States: Complimentary ground shipping on all orders.
We charge a $20 CAD process fee for exchanges and returns. For returns, the fee is deducted from your refund.

International: Complimentary ground shipping worldwide.
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. International orders are final sale and non-refundable.

International orders come DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) which means you will be responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred when your parcel arrives. (These charges vary according to country—if you have questions about customs charges, please contact your local customs office before ordering.)

Returns & Exchanges

We create each Zvelle style to fit perfectly into your personal journey. But we do understand that sometimes things don’t work out the first time. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery receipt. Simply email us at styleconcierge@zvelle.com  and we will take care of you. Our orders do not come with a prepaid return label. We will send you the prepaid return label or QR code via email.

SALE: all products purchased on sale are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or exceptions.

Shoes And Handbags

Shoes 
In order to process a return or exchange, shoes must be unworn and in the original condition it was shipped to you. They need to be returned with the original box and all original packaging including the Zvelle tote bag. Shoes must be returned inside a protective shipping box. To make sure your new shoes are returnable, please only try your shoes on a carpeted surface.

Shoes that show any signs of marks, wear or damage cannot be returned.

Handbags 
In order to process a return or exchange, handbags must be unworn and in the original condition it was shipped to you. They need to be returned with the original box and all original packaging including the Zvelle tote bag. Handbags must be returned inside a protective shipping box.

Returns & Refunds

Once we have received your return shipment, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your refund.

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

United States: We charge a $20 CAD process fee for returns, which is deducted from your refund.

International: Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. International orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Please understand that Zvelle reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that is not intact and does not meet the requirements for a returnable item. If your return is denied, the item(s) will be sent back to you and a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Please treat your Zvelle products with care until you are absolutely sure you want to keep them. This way, we can offer them to someone else who will love them.

Exchanges
