We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Please note once an order is placed it cannot be amended.

Items purchased on zvelle.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided they are new, unused and in undamaged condition, with all original packaging.
We offer complimentary returns for all US and Canada orders. International orders are not eligible for returns and considered final sale.

To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a clean carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dustbags, cards, and packaging intact. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of zvelle.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include: refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or shoebox replacement.
All items purchased on sale are Final Sale and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges or exceptions.
We offer a one-time price adjustment by store credit on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 30 days of purchase. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size, and color remains in stock at time of request. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
